Appointments
New Patients
New patients must complete our “Pre-sceen Form” and create a username and password to sign into our secure encrpted portal. Once gaining access to our portal system the patient’s demographic information and a prefered payment source must both be uploaded prior to an intake appointment being scheduled. Please note that at the time of appointment scheduling your card will be charged a hold fee of $150 that will be fully applied to the total intake cost of $275. This fee is partially refunded if appointment is canceled >24 hours prior to the appointment time. The remaining $125 fee will be charged at the time of your appointment.
Mid Carolina Psychiatry will attempt to respond to intake requests within 24-48 business hours of receipt. Once a patient has been accepted into the practice they will be schedule for the next availible intake with clinician based upon the perimeters that they have entered into there Pre-screen Form. New patients will then receive confirmation emails listing a date and time for the next availible intake.

Follow-up Appointments
Follow-up appointments will usually be made in office at the time of appointment visits. If you would like to change an appointment time or if you are a former MCP patient requesting a re-opening of you record you may do so either via leaving a message in the secure portal or leaving a message at (704) 209-9470.
All cancellations must be made greater than 24 hours prior to the time of that appointment to avoid being charged the full fee for that appointment.
